ESL One returns to Birmingham in April

The second LAN stop on ESL’s Pro Tour will be in Birmingham towards the end of April 2024.

The group stage of ESL One Kuala Lumpur 2023 is already getting ready to wrap up, but the folks at ESL are working hard to extend the ESL Pro Tour hype.

The calendar for the 2024 ESL Pro Tour (EPT) is stacked with online and LAN tournaments and the second LAN in the series has now been officially announced.

Moving into the new year, the EPT will resume in February with DreamLeague Season 22, followed by an ESL One LAN tournament hosted in Birmingham in the second part of April.

The last time ESL One was in the English city was in 2019 when Team Secret took the championship title, trophy, and lion’s share of the $300,000 prize pool after besting Evil Geniuses 3:2 in the grand finals. Another ESL One LAN event was scheduled for March 2020, but was canceled due to the CoronaVirus Pandemic. That event was rescheduled to online only.

The first wave of tickets will go on sale this Thursday.  More information can be found HERE.
